USER DATA RIGHTS

1. User Data Deletion Requests Users have the right to request the deletion of their personal data held by Blossom Retails. However, we are not responsible for the authenticity of the SPDI provided by you. You agree and acknowledge that certain data or information may not be corrected or is prohibited to be modified as required under any applicable law, law enforcement requests, or under any judicial proceedings. In respect to such data or information, the aforementioned rights will not be available.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Blossom Retails shall have the right to modify this Privacy Policy, which modification shall be effective immediately following Blossom Retails’s posting of such change on the website. Your use of Thrux’s service following such posting shall be deemed to constitute your acceptance of such modification. Users will be notified of any changes through the website or other communication channels. Updates to our privacy policy will be sent to the email address that you have provided us.

GENERAL TERMS

This Policy is to be read in conjunction with and shall be deemed to be part of the Online Store’s Terms of Use and Terms and Conditions of Sale.
