This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011. The Policy is an ‘electronic record’ as contemplated under section 2(t) of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules. This Policy, being an electronic record, is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signature.
INTRODUCTION
The online store www.thrux.co.in (“Online Store”) is owned and operated by Blossom Retails, under the laws of India. At Thrux, we deeply respect the privacy of our customers and users of our website (“you”). We are committed to protecting your privacy when you use our Online Store. Please note that usage of the term Personal Information in this Privacy Policy includes Sensitive Personal Data or Information, wherever appropriate and/or mandated under the IT Act and the SPDI Rules.
COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
We collect only the information necessary for our business purposes, such as to provide you with services, complete your order, or to contact you regarding the status of your order. We collect information from you when you provide it to us.
Personally Identifiable Information (User Information): We ask for some personal information when you create a Thrux account, including a valid email address and a password, which is used to protect your account from unauthorised access. When you purchase a product from us, register yourself on our website, or sign up for a newsletter, we may collect your name, gender, mailing address, telephone number, and email address. If you take advantage of special services offered by us, we may collect other personal information about you. This information may include, but is not limited to, your name, physical and e-mail addresses, phone numbers, Internet address, type of computer, as well as your preferences and usage patterns. The information we collect also includes your shipping address and billing address.
If any user is providing any User Information on behalf of any corporation, company, institution, association, or other entity, the user should be authorised by such entity to provide such information to Blossom Retails.

You can add or update your User Information at any time on the Online Store. When you update your User Information, Blossom Retails will keep a copy of the prior version for its records.

These third parties may have their own security standards to safeguard your information or data, and we will, on a commercially reasonable basis, require such third parties to adopt reasonable security standards to safeguard your information or data.
However, no internet site can fully eliminate security risks. Blossom Retails endeavors to take all measures to protect the security, integrity, and confidentiality of the User Information against unauthorised breach and hacking. For the purpose of checking possible vulnerabilities and attacks, Blossom Retails may conduct periodical internal review of data and security measures on the Website. Blossom Retails may use such software as it determines is best for maintaining security. However, the internet is not absolutely a secure environment, and the Website cannot ensure or warrant a 100% security of the User Information.
If any user is provided with any identification code, password, or any other piece of information as part of the Website’s security procedure, the user should treat such information as confidential, and the user should not disclose it to any third party, including to other users. A “Force Majeure Event” shall mean any event that is beyond our reasonable control and shall include, without limitation, sabotage, fire, flood, explosion, acts of God, civil commotion, strikes or industrial action of any kind, riots, insurrection, war, acts of government, computer hacking, unauthorised access to computer data and storage device, computer crashes, breach of security and encryption, etc.
USER DATA RIGHTS
1. User Data Deletion Requests Users have the right to request the deletion of their personal data held by Blossom Retails. To initiate a data deletion request, users can contact our Data Protection Officer at care@thrux.co.in. The request should include the user’s full name, email address, and any other information necessary to verify their identity, such as registered email, phone number, or order details. In some cases, identity verification documents may be requested where appropriate.
Upon receiving a valid data deletion request, we will promptly review and process the request within 5 days. Our team will verify the identity of the requester to ensure the security of the data deletion process. Upon successful deletion of user data, Blossom Retails will provide confirmation to the user via email or another agreed-upon communication method. Personal data will be deleted from active systems within a reasonable timeframe.
Exceptions to Data Deletion: Certain data may be exempt from deletion if it is necessary for legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or other legitimate business purposes. However, please note that withdrawal of consent will not be retrospective in nature and shall be applicable prospectively. In case you do not provide your information or consent for usage of SPDI or subsequently withdraw your consent for usage of the SPDI so collected, we reserve the right to discontinue the services for which the said SPDI was sought.
3. Access, Review, Modification, or Correction of SPDI You may write to us at care@thrux.co.in to access, review, modify, or correct your SPDI or withdraw your consent to provide SPDI. However, we are not responsible for the authenticity of the SPDI provided by you. You agree and acknowledge that certain data or information may not be corrected or is prohibited to be modified as required under any applicable law, law enforcement requests, or under any judicial proceedings. In respect to such data or information, the aforementioned rights will not be available.
THIRD PARTY WEBSITES AND LINKS
Our Website may provide or be linked with other websites and advertisements. Blossom Retails is in no way responsible for the privacy practices or content of such websites. The linked websites or advertisers are not necessarily under the control of Blossom Retails, and Blossom Retails expressly disclaims all liability associated with the content and the use of such websites and advertisements. Display of any third-party advertisements on the Website shall not be construed as an endorsement or promotion of any products or services by Blossom Retails. You should read the privacy policy of each and every linked website, and any access or use of the linked websites is entirely at your own risk.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Blossom Retails shall have the right to modify this Privacy Policy, which modification shall be effective immediately following Blossom Retails’s posting of such change on the website. Your use of Thrux’s service following such posting shall be deemed to constitute your acceptance of such modification. Users will be notified of any changes through the website or other communication channels. Updates to our privacy policy will be sent to the email address that you have provided us.
GENERAL TERMS
This Policy is to be read in conjunction with and shall be deemed to be part of the Online Store’s Terms of Use and Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The User Information resides in Blossom Retails’s database for a certain period of time even after the user ceases to use or access the Online Store, and in such cases, Blossom Retails is not liable for any usage of the User Information after the user ceases to use or access the Online Store.
Users agree and acknowledge that User Information collated through the Online Store could be stored and processed in any other country across the world. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
The terms and conditions of this Policy shall be governed by Indian Law, and the courts in Uttar Pradesh shall only have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes.
