Eligibility & Timeframe
Thrux products are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions for Return/Exchange
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags intact.
• The courier can refuse to pick up the product if the original tags are not intact, or if it’s obvious the item has been worn, washed, or soiled.
• To approve your return or exchange request, we may ask for photos of the product.
• For cases of insufficient quantity delivered, it is mandatory to provide an unboxing video.
Initiating a Return or Exchange
• To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our website at [Insert Your Website Link Here] and navigate to the ‘Return/Exchange’ tab or a dedicated ‘Return/Exchange Request’ section.
• You will typically need to log in to your account or enter your registered email or phone number used for the order.
• Select the order you wish to return or exchange, choose the reason, and proceed as instructed.
• Double-check your pickup and shipping details, and edit them if necessary.
Exchange Policy
• Exchanges are free of charge.
• You can exchange your original product for a different item you love.
• If the new item is more expensive, you can simply pay the difference.
• If the new item is less expensive, we will send you a gift card for the remaining amount.
• Exchanges are applicable only once per item and are subject to size availability.
• No return or exchange is allowed on an already exchanged item. Please check the size chart before requesting an exchange.
• Our exchange policy is currently for India only.
Refund Policy
• For Prepaid Orders: The entire amount will be refunded in full to your original payment method, such as your bank account or credit card.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: We will refund the order amount to your bank account. You will need to provide your bank or UPI details for us to process the refund. Please note that the COD charge itself is non-refundable.
• Refunds will be initiated within one business day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after we receive and verify the returned item in our warehouse. Nobero also aims for “Same-Day Refund” once the product is picked up.
• Bank refunds for prepaid orders typically take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.
• We will update you via email/SMS once the refund is initiated. If you do not receive your refund within the mentioned timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance.
Reverse Pickup & Self-Shipment
• Once your return/exchange request is verified by our support team, a reverse pickup will typically be initiated within 24 hours.
• Our courier partner will attempt to pick up the product within the next 1-2 days (some sources state two pickup attempts).
• Reverse pickup services are subject to availability based on your area’s pin code.
• Self-Shipment Process:
If reverse pickup service to your pin code is not available, we will ask you to self-ship the product back to Blossom Retails.
◦ Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
◦ Mention your Order ID and Registered Mobile Number on the package.
◦ You are advised to use trackable courier services for your own security, as Blossom Retails is not liable for lost self-shipped returns.
◦ Upon receiving the product(s) at our warehouse, the complete amount plus INR 100 (in lieu of courier charges) will be refunded to your bank account, typically within 48 hours. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as it is a Government of India service with the widest coverage.

Non-Returnable Items
• To maintain hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

◦ Socks & Innerwear (Boxers, Trunks, etc.)
◦ Flat Store Items
• Please note that certain promotional or discount codes may restrict returns/exchanges. Please check the terms & conditions of the coupon before purchase.
• No returns are allowed on any items purchased during the sale period; however, one exchange per item is allowed, with the option to exchange for the same item or another product of higher value (price difference to be paid by the customer), subject to size availability.
Defective/Damaged Product
• If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately on Whatsapp with some pictures or an unboxing video of the product. We will arrange for a brand new replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible.
